If you can control them then put forth effort in improving your habits revolving around them. The results may not come right away, but you will see them eventually.

the problem is i can’t put forth effort, i’ve given up entirely. i feel like i’m in a state of nothingness i can’t fully describe it but i just can’t do anything anymore. i’m drained. i wish i could fix it, i really do.
